Prenatal Massage in San Diego
Comfort-first massage adapted to pregnancy
Pregnancy asks a lot of the body, and it's common to feel it in the low back, hips, neck, and shoulders. Prenatal sessions are adapted around comfort and safety at every step.
Prenatal work is not a regular massage with different positioning as an afterthought — positioning, support, focus areas, and pressure are all adapted to where you are in your pregnancy and how you feel that day.
Safety comes first. If your pregnancy is higher-risk or you have any concerns, please check with your OB or midwife before booking — and share anything relevant so the session can be adapted appropriately. This work aims at comfort and easing muscular tension; it doesn't treat medical conditions and never replaces your provider's care.
Who This Is For
Low back and hip tension as posture shifts
Neck and shoulder tightness
General muscular fatigue during pregnancy
A supported, comfortable hour when your body needs it
Sessions start with how you're feeling, where you are in your pregnancy, and anything your provider has advised. Everything stays comfortable, supported, and adjustable — you're always in control.
